ATT SOUTHEAST VOLUNTARY SEVERANCE OFFER

As per the signed MOA, the company will offer certain Communications Technicians, Digital Technicians, Facility Technicians, Services Technicians, Outside Plant Technicians, Systems Technicians, and certain Electronic Technicians performing work in a Central Office an opportunity to express an interest in leaving the payroll voluntarily with a payment equivalent to what the employee would be eligible for had they accepted Voluntary SIPP/ESIPP per the Payment Table (8.03A3a), plus an additional $50,000 (net of applicable withholding taxes). This severance premium is not a SIPP/ESIPP offer, and employees choosing to accept it are not entitled to SIPP/ESIPP or any associated benefits.

Attached are the following:

• A document outlining the titles and exchanges where employees will be canvassed.  The planned date for separations is July 17, 2020.

• The SE Voluntary Offer Acceptance Form – this form will be attached to the employee notification email that is scheduled for distribution today, June 15, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. eastern time.  The completed form should be returned via email to severance_ops@mailil.custhelp.com by 5:00 p.m. CST on Monday, June 22, 2020.
