AT&T MOBILITY WORK FROM HOME CSR SETTLEMENT

Attached is a copy of the settlement between CWA and Mobility for the Black contract wage rate dispute for the newly-created Work From Home CSR title.  As you will recall, the Company's position in bargaining for the wage rate for the new title in both the Orange and Black contracts was that it should be the same as the Call Center CSR, regardless of out of pocket costs incurred by the WFH CSRs for setting up home offices, for faster internet speeds, or other required items.  When we were unable to agree in bargaining, both Orange and Black initiated the binding mediation process under Article 2 of our CBAs.  Orange proceeded to mediation first, in October, with our mediation scheduled for November with the same mediator.   The Orange mediation resulted in this settlement agreement.  We continued discussions with the Company and the mediator after the Orange settlement, resulting in the same agreement.  As a result of the agreement we were able to obtain the Company's commitment that the WFH CSRs will not only have the same base wage rate, but will also be entitled to incentives offered to Call Center CSRs.  During the mediation process, the Company resisted this additional compensation, but CWA was able to achieve that goal in both the Orange and Black contracts.  

In addition, the Company will make incentives retroactive to October.
