Attention, FCC Training is available to all ATT Southeast / BellSouth employees, BSW Techs and Direct TV Techs via Live Streaming through AT&T/ CWA Partnership. The class starts 1/23 and will meet 2 nights per week for 4 weeks. Class time is 6:30-9:30 EST.

At the end of the training you will receive a completion Certificate from UMass that will be part of your internal training record and you can also take the Certificate exam for the Federal Government’s Lifetime certification.

This certification is a huge resume enhancer if you ever look at opportunities outside of AT&T.

All of this is available to you at no cost through your CWA negotiated benefits package. You must have at least 6 months of seniority to be able to participate in the class.
